Overview
FeePilot is a fee calculator for resellers. Your sale prices, fee inputs, and saved calculations stay on your device. This policy explains the limited data the app sends off-device through Google services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and subscription billing.
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Your saved calculations, fee rate overrides, and app preferences are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to GP Creative Studios or any third party. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
Data Collected via Third-Party Services
FeePilot uses the following Google services, each of which may collect data from your device:
- Firebase Analytics — collects anonymized app interaction events (screen views and feature usage such as opening the paywall or saving a calculation) tied to an anonymous Firebase install identifier. Used to understand how the app is used. Firebase Privacy
- Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports including stack traces and device/OS information when the app crashes. Used to diagnose and fix bugs. Firebase Privacy
- Google AdMob — uses your Android Advertising ID and approximate IP-derived location to deliver banner, interstitial, and app-open ads. Pro subscribers do not see ads. Google Ads Policy
- Google Play Billing — processes FeePilot Pro subscription purchases. GP Creative Studios receives a purchase token used to verify your subscription status; we do not see your payment information, Google account password, or billing address.
How Your Data Is Used
- App functionality — fixing crashes and bugs (Crashlytics)
- Analytics — understanding how features are used so we can improve the app (Firebase Analytics)
- Advertising — showing relevant ads to free users (AdMob)
Data Security
All data transmitted off your device is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Your Choices and Controls
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID — in your Android device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads, you can reset the ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- Upgrade to FeePilot Pro — removes ads, so AdMob no longer receives your Advertising ID through FeePilot.
- Uninstall FeePilot — removes all local data and disconnects the anonymous Firebase install identifier on your device.
Data Retention and Deletion
FeePilot does not maintain user accounts, so we have no personal records to delete on request. Local data is removed when you uninstall the app. Anonymized analytics and crash data sent to Firebase are retained per Google's default retention policies and are not linked to your identity. You can reset your Android Advertising ID at any time to limit ad tracking.
Children's Privacy
FeePilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
