User Data

• NexUnit stores your preferences (favorites, theme, unit system, decimal precision) locally on your device only.
• No data is transmitted to external servers. We do not collect, sell, or share any user data.
• You can reset all stored data at any time from Settings > Reset All Data within the app.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not use NexUnit for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from the app.

Disclaimer

• NexUnit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Currency conversion rates are provided via third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time market values. They should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
• BMI calculations are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the app.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination
