Earnings estimates seem off
Creator earnings vary widely based on niche, region, engagement, and platform changes. Make sure you've selected the correct niche and region in Config — these multipliers significantly affect calculations. If you believe a platform's rates are outdated, email us and we'll investigate.
Restoring SocialStacks Pro
If you reinstalled the app or got a new device, your Pro subscription can be restored. Go to Config within the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account.
Managing your subscription
To cancel or change your SocialStacks Pro subscription, go to Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on your Android device, then select SocialStacks.
Notifications not working
Make sure notifications are enabled in Config and in your device's Settings > Notifications > SocialStacks. Weekly reminders are sent Sundays at 10am. Goal completion alerts fire immediately when you update a goal to 100%.
