What is FeePilot?
FeePilot is a marketplace fee calculator for resellers. It shows you exactly how much you'll earn after all seller fees, shipping costs, and taxes on platforms like eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, StockX, and more.
Is FeePilot free?
Yes! The core calculator, compare tool, and batch mode are completely free. FeePilot Pro unlocks advanced features like custom fee rules, saved presets, unlimited reverse calculations, and CSV export.
How accurate are the fees?
All fee data is verified against official platform documentation as of 2025. Marketplace fees can change — we update FeePilot regularly. You can also use the Override Fee Rate toggle to enter your own custom percentage.
What does "COGS" mean?
COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold. It's the amount you, the seller, paid to acquire the item. This is subtracted from your earnings when calculating profit.
What's the difference between Shipping Cost and Shipping Charge?
Shipping Cost is what you, the seller, pay to ship the item. Shipping Charge is what the buyer pays for shipping. If you offer free shipping, toggle "Seller Pays Shipping" on and enter your cost.
What is the Reverse Calculator?
It works backward — you enter your desired profit or margin, and FeePilot tells you what price to list at. Great for setting prices that guarantee your target earnings.
What does the Compare view do?
It shows you how much you'd earn selling the same item on every platform, ranked from most to least profitable. The trophy icon shows the best platform for that item.
What is Batch Mode?
Batch Mode lets you calculate profits for multiple items at once. Enter each item's cost, shipping, and sell price to see your total estimated profit across all items.
Does FeePilot collect my data?
No. All your calculations stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
