3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Fee calculations are estimates based on publicly available platform documentation. Actual fees may vary based on your seller account status, promotions, category, location, and platform policy changes. FeePilot is not responsible for differences between estimated and actual fees. Always verify fees with the marketplace before making business decisions.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
FeePilot Pro is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use FeePilot only for its intended purpose as a fee calculator and profit estimation tool. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within FeePilot are the property of GP Creative Studios. Platform names and logos referenced in the app are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
FeePilot and GP Creative Studios are not liable for any financial losses, missed profits, or business decisions made based on the app's calculations. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
