For security reasons, we cannot reset your master password as we don't have access to it. If you've forgotten your master password, you'll need to create a new account. We recommend using a memorable passphrase and storing a backup in a secure location.
GigVault automatically creates encrypted backups of your vault data. These backups are stored locally on your device and can be exported for safekeeping. We recommend regularly exporting your vault backup to a secure location.
Yes! GigVault supports multi-device sync. Simply log in with your account on any supported device, and your vault will automatically sync across all your devices using end-to-end encryption.
GigVault uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all vault data. Your master password never leaves your device, and all data is encrypted before being transmitted. We also support biometric authentication for added convenience and security.
Go to Settings > Export Data in the app. You can export your vault in various formats including encrypted backup, CSV, or JSON. We recommend using the encrypted backup format for security.
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Make sure to export your vault data before deleting your account, as this action cannot be undone.
Yes, GigVault works fully offline. Your vault data is stored locally on your device, so you can access your passwords anytime, even without an internet connection. Syncing occurs automatically when you're back online.
Go to Settings > Security > Biometric Authentication. You can enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login depending on your device. This allows quick access to your vault without entering your master password every time.
