Furmetrix Support

When you first open Furmetrix, you’ll be guided through creating your first pet profile. To add more pets, go to the Pets tab and tap the “+” button. Free users can create up to 2 pets. Furmetrix Plus subscribers can add unlimited pets.

When you sign in with Apple, Furmetrix automatically syncs your pet data across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Your data is stored in your private iCloud account — we never see it. If you prefer, you can use the app without signing in by choosing “Continue without account.”

Furmetrix Plus ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) unlocks AI-powered health features including a symptom checker, breed information, medication lookup, vet triage guidance, food safety checker, and emergency information. Plus subscribers also get unlimited pet profiles.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings (iPhone) > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Furmetrix > Cancel Subscription. You’ll continue to have Plus access until the end of your current billing period.

Furmetrix uses AI-powered features and evidence-based educational content for informational purposes. However, this is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet’s health concerns.

Go to the Health tab, select your pet, and tap “Weight Log.” Enter the weight and any notes. You can track trends over time with the built-in weight chart and set optional weight goals.

Quests are daily pet care tasks like walks, feeding, grooming, and medication. Complete quests to earn XP, level up your pet, and build care streaks. You can create custom quests or use the default ones provided when you add a pet.

You can delete individual pets from the Pets tab or Profile screen. To delete all iCloud data, go to Settings within the app. Deleting a pet removes all associated data (quests, weight history, vet visits, vaccinations, and documents).
